To inquire about specific rates or room availability, please send us your dates of travel and number of people in your party. info@landmarkinncooperstown.com

Reservations require a deposit equal to one night's stay and may be made by telephone at 866.384.3466 (toll free),607.547.7225 (local) or by e-mailing us at info@landmarkinncooperstown.com. Credit card deposits will be processed at the time of the reservation. Final payment may be made by credit card, check, or cash.

The Landmark Inn requires fourteen days' notice of cancellation to obtain a full refund, less a $25 processing fee. If cancellation is made within less than seven days, deposits will be refunded, less the processing fee, if the room(s) can be rebooked.

The Landmark Inn is a smoke-free bed and breakfast.

Pets cannot be accommodated, unless they are guide dogs in our handicap accessible room.

Gift Certificates
Share your Landmark Inn experience with your friends and family. A special Landmark Inn Gift Certificate can be sent as a gift on your behalf for any dollar increment. Gift Certificates are valid for one year. Recipients of a Gift Certificate who visit The Landmark Inn December-March will receive a complimentary silver tray of homemade chocolate dipped strawberries on arrival.
