The Landmark Inn is located at 64 Chestnut Street, just two blocks south of Main Street.

From the West: Take Exit 30 off the NY State Thruway (I-90) at Herkimer and then take Route 28 South to Cooperstown. Turn left at T-intersection of Chestnut Street.

From the East: Take Exit 25A off the NY State Thruway (I-90W) to I-88W. Take I-88W to the first exit (exit 24) at Duanesburg. Take Route 20 W to State Route 80 S to Cooperstown. Turn right onto Chestnut Street, also part of Route 80. Straight through traffic light to 64 Chestnut Street.

From the South: (Binghamton): Take I-88E to Exit 17, then take Route 28 North to Cooperstown. Route 28 becomes Chestnut Street as you enter the village.

From the South: (New York City): Take 1-87N to exit 21 (Catskill /Leeds) to State Route 23W and travel for 9 miles. Then take State Route 145N. Go under I-88, stay on 145N through Cobleskill. Follow signs for 145N and come to Route 20 West. Travel Route 20W for 20 miles to left turn at State Route 80S to Cooperstown. Turn right onto Chestnut Street, also part of Route 80.
