Overstuffed chairs and sitting areas are located throughout the Inn for your relaxation along with a movie library, games, and a lending library

ROOM 2
This deluxe room is located on the first floor with a private entrance. Creatively redesigned in 2005, it features a beautiful bathroom with a Dream Shower and a Jacuzzi Bathtub! The queen bed is filled with rich Ralph Lauren bedding. Guests in this room will enjoy a private porch overlooking one of the herb gardens and large bay window with sitting area.

ROOM 3
Sun-filled by its large windows, this fabulously upgraded room is adorned with green velvet and satin. A truly romantic room from the inlay maple floor to the coffered ceiling. The most memorable part of this room is the Dream Shower. Enclosed in glass block, there are eleven shower jets, including a 12-inch rain forest shower head extended from the ceiling!

ROOM 4
Adorned with artwork of Native Americans from the Leatherstocking Region, this room is decorated with rich masculine colors, rustic metals and natural ingredients. The unique Jacuzzi tub, which rests next to the original brick chimney, will make you never want to leave the room. Unique to this room is an original house antique, a floor mirror with handsome wood and marble craftsmanship.

ROOM 5
Handsome Belgian-woven bedding is featured in this sunny second-floor room. The bed can be a king or two twin beds. The bathroom also features an antique dresser, which has been converted into a double sink. Artwork features historic photos of children, including some from the original owners. The calming blue colors melt away the stress allowing guests to truly relax.

ROOM 6
This suite has one queen and one twin bed adorned with tonal satin stitching on natural linen. The bathroom is large and bright. The room is located on the second floor and works great for a small family of three or a couple that wants a little extra space. Spacious amounts of room and arrangements can be made to accommodate family of four. Two windows enjoy a view of the back lawn and tree lined property.

ROOM 7
This patriotic room has as king bed adorned with an Eddie Bauer red, white and blue quilt. Relax in the overstuffed chair and enjoy the bird’s eye views of the 150-year old maples right outside your windows. Thick carpet warms the feel of this room and the king bed continues to receive overwhelming compliments of being the most comfortable sleep our guests have ever had.

ROOM 8
A wonderful family suite! This “shabby chic” room is filled with large windows, crown molding, and rich broad pine floors. The suite features two-bedrooms with one queen and two twin beds. Each bedroom has a television for the guests. The bathroom renovation was completed with a white tiled angled shower and large mirror. Enjoyed by families making their first trip to Cooperstown or returning time and again.

ROOM 9
Bring the outdoors in as you enjoy this lovely garden themed room. This queen bedded room has views of the 2-acre property through French doors that open onto a large semi-private deck. Find plenty of seating on the deck to enjoy a glass of wine, gather with friends, or stargaze. This room can also open into Room 9A to become a suite. Hardwood floors were added to this room.

ROOM 9A
A private entrance, semi-private deck overlooking the spacious back lawn, and framed photographic art of local Cooperstown attractions make this room unique. The king bed can be converted into two twin beds and connected to Room #9 to become a family suite. This first-floor room is also designed to meet the needs of handicapped guests, including a private, ramped entrance and a fully equipped bathroom. Hardwood floors were added to this room.

ROOM 10
The lush king bed is topped with a toile quilt. The bed can be made into two twin beds. Upon request if traveling with a family this room can be connected to Room 2 for a luxurious family suite. Original hardwood floors and a pair of high backed chairs accompany this room. Enjoy a friendly game of cards inside or sit on your porch with backyard views. The beautiful bathroom features wood, tile and marble accents. There is a spacious custom Dream Shower with four body jets, two shower heads, and a rain forest shower centered on the ceiling.
