Landmark Inn’s Buttery Crumb Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
1 yellow cake mix with pudding in the mix
3 eggs
1 and 1/3 cups water

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients and pour into greased jellyroll pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Topping Mix:
3 cups flour
1 cup sugar
3 sticks cold butter
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons vanilla

Put all topping ingredients into a bowl and mix with your hands until crumbly. Spread evenly onto cake and put back into the oven for another 20 minutes.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
