Guests at this classic 1856 mansion relax in unique room settings, which combine old-world luxury with modern amenities. Each room at the Landmark Inn offers a private bath, plush bed with down duvet, mini-refrigerator, cable television, VCR, high speed internet access, telephone, air conditioning, overstuffed chairs and sitting areas are located throughout the Inn for your relaxation along with a movie library, games, and a variety of reading materials.

Room 1: Filled with some of the original furniture, this stately room on the first floor has nine foot high windows, a gas fireplace surrounded by the original marble mantel, plush sitting area, queen bed with elegant tapestry quilt and private porch with wicker rockers for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. |

Room 2: This deluxe room is located on the first floor with a private entrance. Creatively redesigned in 2005, it features a beautiful bathroom with a Dream Shower and a Jacuzzi Bathtub! The queen bed is filled with rich Ralph Lauren bedding. Guests in this room will enjoy a private porch overlooking one of the herb gardens and large bay window with sitting area.

Room 3: Sun-filled by its large windows, this fabulously upgraded room is adorned with green velvet and satin. The most memorable part of this room is the “Dream Shower”. Enclosed in glass block, there are eleven shower jets, including a 12-inch rainforest showerhead extended from the ceiling!

Room 4: Adorned with artwork of Native Americans from the Leatherstocking Region, this room is decorated with rich masculine colors, rustic metals and natural ingredients. The unique Jacuzzi tub, which rests next to the original brick chimney, will make you never want to leave the room.

Room 5: Handsome Belgian-woven bedding is featured in this sunny second-floor room. The bed can be a king or two twin beds. The bathroom also features an antique dresser, which has been converted into a double sink. Artwork features historic photos of children, including some from the original owners.

Room 6: This suite has one queen and one twin bed adorned with tonal satin stitching on natural linen. The bathroom is large and bright. The room is located on the second floor and works great for a small family of three or a couple that wants a little extra space.

Room 7: This patriotic room has as king bed adorned with an Eddie Baur red, white and blue quilt. Relax in the overstuffed chair and enjoy the bird's eye views of the 150-year old maples right outside your windows.

Room 8: A wonderful family suite! This "shabby chic" room is filled with large windows and has two-bedrooms with one queen and two twin beds. Each bedroom has a television and VCR. The bathroom was renovated in 2005 and has a bright tiled shower.

Room 9: Bring the outdoors in as you enjoy this lovely garden themed room. This queen bedded room has views of the 2-acre property through French doors that open onto a large semi-private deck. Find plenty of seating on the deck to enjoy a glass of wine, gather with friends, or stargaze. This room can also open into Room 9A to become a suite. Hardwood floors were added to this room in 2005. |

Room 9A: A private entrance, semi-private deck overlooking the spacious back lawn, and framed photographic art of local Cooperstown attractions make this room unique. The king bed can be converted into two twin beds and connected to Room #9 to become a family suite. This first-floor room is also designed to meet the needs of handicapped guests, including a private, ramped entrance and a fully equipped bathroom. Hardwood floors were added to this room in 2005. |

Room 10: One of our newest upgraded rooms is located on the first floor with a private entrance. It features a beautiful bathroom with Dream Shower and marble accents. The lush king bed is topped with a toile quilt found by the owner in her home state of Texas. Sit on your porch with backyard views as you relax from your travels and the day’s events. |
